Auto Deposits

Kendall & Potter can now automatically transfer your rental proceeds to your bank by electronic transfer. This new procedure will enable your income to arrive at the bank 1 to 2 days immediately following our receipt of the tenant’s rent.

This service will eliminate checks lost in the mail, mangled checks or lagging postal services. It is convenient when you are on vacation or cannot immediately get to the bank.

You will continue to receive your monthly statements by mail, OR, you may sign up to receive them by email each month.

If you wish to take advantage of this service, a fee of only $2.00 per month will be deducted from your account. Simply download and fill out the our auto deposit form. ATTACH A VOIDED CHECK (NOT A DEPSIT SLIP) FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT and return it to our office. If you have any questions, please contact our office, otherwise Happy Banking
