Maintenance Request Form

Please note that the Maintenance Department is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.  If Kendall & Potter does not respond within 24 hours after submitting an email request, please call (831) 689-8574 to follow up.

Tenants will be responsible for all damages to premises as a result of failure to report a problem in a timely manner.  Tenants shall be charged for repairs of drain blockages or clogs, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines.

If you have an emergency after business hours, please call (831) 359-2571 and an agent will respond.

Please note: If the answer above is "NO" then you must understand that you will have to be available to provide the vendor access and that specific appointments generally require a two to three hour time window. Any missed or "No Show" appointments made by the tenants could result in any and all fees being the responsibility of the tenant.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Maintenance Request Procedures AND that submission of this request represents your acknowledgment of our written notice to you of our intent to enter your place of residence to complete the necessary repairs, subject to entering “Yes” in the "Permission to Enter" field. If you enter “No,” a vendor will contact you with a more specific date and time.
